Cliff released a product years ago called Tube Traffic Scraper that did the same thing but was buggy. The concept is to collect the top 10 to 20 top ranked videos for the keyword you want to use and use their name and video titles in your description and tags along with your own content. I would certainly not advised using is the name of the creator of the ranked videos in your title which he recommends. I did that using Tube Traffic Scraper and it worked but got me reported several times and almost got my account banned. Using those recommendations in the description is effective but not to the point of which he claims. However it does work but don't expect to get thousands of views per day off this. The new product have taken care of the glitches that Tube Traffic Scraper had.

All tools to rank and get traffic should never be used on precious accounts. How much data you use is also relevant whether or not using a tool. Just so many tags, keywords, description length etc. Use common sense. If you have no track record of formatting your videos and then you show up doing a ton of videos all stuffed to the hilt you are generating a footprint that breaks from a normal level of activity, and matches the activity of already banned and violated accounts, no different than on the WWW search. It is still Google and they measure everything 24/7/365 in real time....no delay.
