Translation: These images were scraped from various webpages, we did not receive permission to use these images. Use at your own risk.

While I doubt anyone will actually come after you for using any of these images, there's always that 1% chance of some upset individual with resources to come after you, for using their work without permission, especially if you are making profit from the use. As other members have mentioned, you can bundle up the photos and sell them and put the onus of use on the next person.

The seller searched for public domain images but did not check to see if the images were free to use commercially or if the people in the images were models who have given permission to have their likeness used.

Thats like typing "free Mustang car images" and using anything that comes up without checking for any copyright.

By definition - if an image is in the public domain it is free to use commercially.

This guy Nels*on who runs sup*ergoo.dpro*ducts buys his sh.it, oops, I mean his products from other sources and of course they do trade-offs with their list-swapping, etc.

I have seen this product being sold by several different IM'ers. And l've even seen some of those photos used in other products as well.

All I can say is why worry when these so-called dou.chebag gooroos are flogging their stuff and people are paying for it. They only put that disclaimer there to cover their own ars.es - should anyone try and seek out compensation because the image is similar or they didn't want their photo being used in that particular product or even being associated with that product.

The only thing is...Not to go and resell the images as they are, or even repackaging them, as you could maybe infringe some stupi.d hidden disclaimer copyright rule from somewhere. Anyway, think about all the other WFBSO shi.t that is re-hashed and stolen and hashed and hashed and sold again and again. No-one seems to care or worry too much about suing anyone.

Here's what it said inside the Package:
