RE:
Hi, BBHF!

My personal opinion:

Ban in Adsense is not a big problem... Plus, there are a lot of sites with violations of adsense's rules... Aaaaand?! They are all still live! Why? - It is very simple - if this site is profitable for adsense (ONLY), then this is not against the TOS. )))) LOL

I got several testings about this point. Ban in adsense is "random". For instance, traffic from doors, splogs, arbitrage (PPC) and other - all these methods are fine. And this testing account is still making profit. All you need is stay under radar.

P.S.
Who can remember that epic fail, when official example from adsense (about how to need make sites, if you want to deal with adsense) was detected as unrelevant, because this sample got several important and rough "violations against the TOS".

Have a nice day!

RE:
hmm.. Thor, please, note - I'm not talking about risk now. But, at your sentence: if this is only one account, then - yes!

And, I think that you know, that and "white hat" sites (cute as rabbit or cat, soft and downy as nice creature) are still catching napalm death from adsense... (this is about risk, mentioned above)
