RE: [Get] Ron Legrand- Big Money In Big Chunks
Ron is a scamming dbag. It's surprising he is still swindling money out of people after he almost went out of business a few years back. And it wasn't for the reasons he tells people. He used to take people for $25k plus a pop as mentoring students and they wouldn't see a dime worth of value for their purchase. I've heard first hand from former speakers in his loop that it is amazing the guy is still walking around and hasn't been taken out by a disgruntled redneck with an itchy trigger finger. People have lost whole lifetime savings because of this M****. If you want to spin your wheels and do zero deals, go ahead and listen to Ron. Then when you lose your ass, find someone who is Actually Doing Deals to mentor you instead of wasting money on rehashed outdated b.s. courses with holes bigger than the grand canyon in them.

RE: [Get] Ron Legrand- Big Money In Big Chunks
Thank you for eye-opening review hollyshelley, it very much sounds like shades of huck stern like Carleton Sheets and other scammed back in the day. I should know.........my father have spent THOUSANDS on all of these Real Estate scheming pipe dreams! What did he get out of them? NOTHING! ZILCH! ZERO! He even had me trying to come up with deals.........BELIEVE ME FOLKS!!! I COULD NOT MAKE HEADS OR TAILS WITH THEM! It was just too d*** confusing and NONE of it made any sense and didn't add up!

So this is what I tell you.....Be extremely wary of all of these Real Estate schemss, they really sound much too good to be true. Thank you HollyShelly, Reps 5+ to you.

RE: [Get] Ron Legrand- Big Money In Big Chunks
Ol' Ron Legrand. The self-professed guru of quick-turn real estate. He has been around for quite some time. Yep, he and many other so-called real estate gurus have taken advantage of so many people. Ron used to flip homes back in the day. He saw he could make more money by selling courses, hosting seminars, and doing boot camps. I remember he charged $5,000 for one of his boot camps a few years ago. Let's see....$5,000 x 200 people. Mmmmm.....Do you see the math? Why do you think the man smiles all the time? LOL....

It is not that difficult to get a home under contract...It is difficult to find an end-buyer in today's times. You will not make any money without flipping the home to someone. In the meantime you stand a good chance of wasting your time and earnest money (money that you give a bank as a depost...a show of good faith). Banks require you to put up $1,000 in earnest money in order to get the home under contract. What happens if you don't find an end buyer during the contract period? Bye-bye $1,000.

No disrespect to the uploader....I know your heart is in the right place, but Ron is well-known for selling pipe dreams.
