I found the 7 niche themes. Was using wrong version of plugin.
I also found that you can copy the premium theme folders from the "_premium" folder and place in reg "theme" folder to have them all:) Thanks again Johnny63!

Another way: There seems to be a hard coded license key inside /lib/wp.../Admin.php:
