I use uphold.com. If you have credit/debit card attached you can load fund----->transfer to numerous crypto currency cards/wallets in a matter of minutes.

what about coinbase?

Coinbase is the biggest one and you can use it but do not send
money to an ico or from an ico directly to coinbase, they can lock
your account
Use a middleman wallet like Exodus or something like.
