Thank you very much for your replies here. Thanks to your advice, I decided to give this plugin another shot. Even though I had already clicked the 're-install' button a couple days ago, I went back to my site and clicked the 'fresh install' button I just saw (they must have changed it. Either that, or I'm losing it lol). And...BAM! Everything works perfectly now! I'll update my post above. I also gave you both REP for your insights in helping me out here! --BigDaddy |

i have installed the plugin and added the pages to my main menu , once you go to one of the forms on your site frotnend, it seems that the layout of he boxes where people enter their details is wrong,the titles are not lined up above the boxes correctly !! anyone else having these issues ??

Thanks to Jeffrey123, I know you say you don't need reps but what the heck, Max reps for you. I actually read thru the thread up to the "exe" controversy and used Armoni's link, so max reps to you too.
I just had to rep this, DataPimp, "I been in this game a long time, I know how to download from Zippyshare"...LOL. Just reading thru this thread and finding that comment made me laugh. Yea, something fishy about an exe file for sure. I bought the front end. I'll come back with the rest of that if it's still missing here.

the plugin does not seem to be working correctly on the front end forms , see the link bellow , the titles are not in the correct position at all , does everyone have the same issue ??
