Membership Access Instructions:

In Google Chrome, right click on the page.
Click on - Inspect
Hit Ctrl + F together to show the 'Search' facility.
Type in the following:

register-form

Click on the following text along that same line of code to highlight it:

display: none;

Double click on the two words and press your 'Delete' key to delete them.
Press your 'Enter' key.
Enter your personal details into the membership form to gain access.
