Use the "Inspect element" trick. In short, you find register-form, edit HTML and delete style = "display: none;"
What you need to know:
a) It's by Mark Bishop - not quite as prolific as Jono Armstrong, but they might be cousins

i don 't have much to say about it. i wont be downloading for the sales page alone. i do like the title though and this even invokes curiosity in me. if the sales page wasn't so standard and same ol' same ol', i probably would peek. same d*** typical popup on that sales page too that everyone and their mother is using. no doubt there are probably 4 up sells or something to this but it doesn't matter anyway because the product is probably shit.
so i leave this one to the master reviewer solar! haha people better not forget to rep his ass because he spends a lot of time doing reviews so other people don't have to waste their time!
It seems that the sales page is a nod to shiny object syndrome however the course inside is quite legitimate and can actually work with affiliate marketing.
Just be aware that the traffice source that is recommended is using solo ads.
I personally would not use solo ads as a traffic source as most lists are low quality.
