I've fulfilled my own request and just purchased this awesome theme. It's the current version (1.4) straight from Themeforest. Works well, slick and pretty fast considering it's heavy image/paralax loading.

This Wordpress theme is not available anywhere- Enjoy.

css file states the actual version number even if changelog document says different
