No, it's the full thing.
I went through the Cart Process which registered as $0 and the entire course now shows up in my account. So unless something changed last night, you might want to try again. OTH, I wouldn't waste my time with this. It's really incredibly basic with all the boring details of how to get a domain name, hosting, and installing Wordpress and plugins. You can do better on YouTube.
