Looks easy enough...but:
Their site is really vague about how one ADDS funds to this card, exactly and if it is via google or apple or other such (like I said, vague...) there isn't much point to it. Some VCCs require a direct access to your bank account - which could be risky vs. maybe getting a paypal card that might be a teensy bit more trustworthy...but not much IMO.
I totally despise board spammers and spambots !!!

You need a US number and a US IP as well for making a Yandex account though. A friend of mine did get a VCC but its of no use till you connect your actual Paypal or some other account with it.  |

What I meant is that platforms like Yandex, ask you to link an ACH account or your Paypal before issuing or activating a VCC. So I'm not entirely sure what extra value is added by VCC. |
