REVIEW:

The method in a nutshell:
1. Sign up to a free sitebuilder like Wix and Weebly. They have slick templates
2. Find clients with lousy old sites or none at all.
3. Send out emails with a mockup of the website they could have.
4. Accept payment and finish the website on Wix.

The advantage of this method is that you can very quickly create a professional looking site to sell in popular niches.

The disadvantage is that some (most?) clients will notice that you used Wix or Weebly, which is free. They will then check out Wix and see that they could easily do the same thing...without having to pay you anything. You will wind up promoting Wix and lose the sale... maybe?

Personally, I wouldn't want to invest a lot of time promoting something that my customer can do themselves for free.

Better to use this method with a sitebuilder that has an affiliate/reseller plan, preferably white-label, or a premium WP theme that you own.

To add on to what biggee had said in his review, no wonder this is worth $1.

The amount of work involved in contacting the owner of those outdated websites + closing the deal + develop the site + upsell + seo + additional services + etc = If you seriously plan to go into the Web Development business.

Yes, it's dependent on the individual putting in a lot of work with continued effort. What will stall out so many is actually talking on the phone or BEST talking face to face. And if they DO manage to get a meeting? Less than 5 minutes into the meeting when reality of their lack of prep hits them in the face like a cast iron skillet.

Another problem is whom he wrote this 9 page pdf for. It sure ain't for people already skilled in site and content creation, SEO, all the local lead gen skills needed such as; ability to communicate on a professional level while face to face problem solving, being very adaptable with your customers, technical skills, having a much needed ability to research, test and understanding the market waters while being realistic with your customers goals, loads of social media finesse and being able to instill long-term confidence in your customer.

There is a section in a BBHF course (link below), might be one of the case studies, and really will open your eyes about what's involved. Forget the guys name but he used this course and now does very well working with Dentists. He makes very good money but has REAL pressures to be on top of things at all times for his clients. I saw part of an interview with him and he discusses his entire process.

Even with his team of workers he says how he learned the hard way not to over extend himself. He makes up for his limited numbers by charging more but he offers excellent customer service.
