So in theory you can post anything on these sites (relevant) not necessarily commerical and people then click through to your site. How is the posting done and does this build your own Pinterest following.

I can post a relevant article on almost any subject and have a relavant page on my blog cause I can produce a product at will pretty much.

Judging by the comments this works so send me link please with discount and may be point me to a video or even a short report that explains exactly why and how this works.

Just to give you all belly laughs I am not buying a board with followers but access to boards with followers is that right or are there two options.
