One of the stupidest 'memes' I've seen in all this mess, is those who propose they can "pray" their way out of a biological problem. I think religions and false stories of 'alleged' spiritual powers has poisoned the entire human race with a false sense of superiority. It's pathetic, since not a SINGLE SOUL on planet earth can prove any of it. As a person I met over 50 years ago said, "God is Dead". And I'll add to that supposition, he/it/she has been dead for over a billion years. There is no God anymore, and what 'powers' and 'spiritual prowess' he may or may not have possessed, has been so polluted and diluted by powerful men of greed and avarice, so that all the 'masses' have left.....is hope and faith. Hope that has NEVER won the day, and faith in blindness.

So, as one poster added Charlie Munger's astute video on falling victim to ideological extremes, I too have done so, as has MOST of the planet since the beginning of time. Yet, once again, I'm here getting 'into the fray', spouting things I too, cannot prove definitively. This is a convenient crutch to avoid the things I currently NEED to be focused on, which right now is perfecting and instituting some site rebuilds and 301 redirecting the old sites to them. That takes focused work using technologies and techniques that aren't so 'open to debate', but take actual work that I might fail at.

All that being said, I'll posit one more observation in this entire fiasco. If you pay just a little attention, you will see that MOST, if not all; of this anti-vax argument, is being driven by the Extreme Religious Right in the US and across the world. Once again proving that these loons will use ANY excuse to push their extremist and radical religious views on the rest of the planet. The Fanatical Religious Right will do anything to prove (as George Carlin so adeptly said) their God is better than 'your' God, if they have to kill you to prove it!" Nuff said, I got 'real' work to do. (This short piece is always hilarious! Thanks for the insights George!)

Hey Darkweb, I finally can say I agree with you on this one thing however maybe it's YOU that should be asking the "Who benefits?" question and applying it to why billion dollar pharmaceutical companies (who made BILLIONS from Covid), politicians, so called doctor's (seems some have forgotten the hypocritic oath they took to do no harm) and scientists (also seems some are more concerned with being paid off by pharm. co's and/or getting gov't grants than they are in reporting the factual statistical data) are trying to FORCE people to take a "vaccine" that doesn't protect you from getting Covid, doesn't stop you from infecting others and hasn't stopped the spread any more than in countries that haven't had their population jabbed multiple times.

So I agree, WHO BENEFITS? Good question and I think a few years down the road we will all find out how we were duped into believing all this unscientific BS concerning the Wuhan China and Dr. Death Fauci (and other politicians, etc.) man-made gain of function virus...

As for the religious right being the "Who Benefits?" opportunists I don't see how they would benefit? If your side were right (actually left but you get the idea) then the only benefit they would get is a dying clientele and people having less faith but that hasn't happened, probably due to all the outright lies, misinformation, deception, false statistics/reports, propaganda from Pharm co's/politicians/doctor's/scientists, forced mandatory "vaccinations", useless lockdowns and masks, vaccine related deaths and major health issues, etc.

If you or anyone else doesn't want to believe in God, who cares? That is your individual, personal right (at least for now, while we still are allowed to have individual freedoms and don't lose them aka: mandatory vaccinations, useless forced shutdowns and masks, etc.) and I don't think anyone really cares what you think on the subject. Unless you live in a majority middle eastern Muslim country (note: not all majority Muslim countries outside the middle east really care either what you believe or don't believe) you are free to believe or not believe as you want.
I will say however there is also an expression, "There are no atheists in foxholes" and people seem to get real religious the older they get and the closer they are to deaths door. But hey, if that isn't your thing, and you don't believe in an afterlife, just a full stop at death, then good for you...that is certainly your right to believe that. To each his own!

I personally am not that religious but certainly do hope there is a heaven and hell since I am praying that Dr. Death Fauci and all the other doctor's, scientists, politicians and pharma executives responsible for the millions of innocent people who died from this man-made gain of function created virus that they both created and used for their own financial and political gain, will be roasting in the flames of hell for all eternity!

But hey, that's just me and my opinion.

I don't know how death certificates are issued in the US, but in Brazil any death from a car accident registered as covid, if discovered, would be a real scandal. I hope you have proofs that the lies are really happening in the US...

Vivekananda, let's use a little common sense here okay?
Here is data on the CDC website showing official WHO statistic's of the number of deaths from Covid listed by country to date. (Who/Deaths/Rate/Cumulative)

You can see that in the USA as of 2/21/2022 there were 926,287 Covid deaths, rate per 100,000 = 276.5.
Also, if you compare the USA with India WITH 4X's the population of the USA, the numbers are 512,109 and 38.2 ?????

How is that possible?
- either the USA has reported non Covid rated deaths?
- India hasn't reported the correct number of deaths by Covid?
- India actually has a lot less Covid deaths due to something? Ivermectin perhaps?
- The data is faulty? (as in China below?)

Let's look at China, the country (along with Dr. Death Fauci's funding of gain of function research) that started this whole Covid pandemic....
Number of Deaths = 5,776 and rate = 0.4?????
Okay, so anyone with a brain knows that this Communist country's Government is an Evil dictatorship and is suppressing the actual numbers of deaths and therefore the data from China is ALL BOGUS, BS, FRAUDULENT, MADE UP.

But if you look at the numbers across the world and the map you will see VAST discrepancies between the countries. WHY?

WHY do areas with a large percentage of the population that has been vaccinated have the highest death rates?

WHY do the first world/industrial nations seem to have the highest death rates?

WHY does the continent of Africa with some of the lowest vaccination rates ALSO have some of the lowest death rates?

WHY does the USA have almost TWICE as many Covid deaths as India which has a population 4X's the size of the USA? (as stated above)
Note: I thought maybe it was because the USA had more obese people and obesity is a factor in Covid deaths, however the rate per 100k of obesity is higher in the USA, since India has over 4X's as many people the actual numbers of obese people in each country is similar and yet the deaths due to Covid are so extremely different?????? Again, the question, is WHY?

WHY isn't this reported on the news every day and why aren't scientists trying to answer the above questions, since it WOULD SAVE LIVES IF WE FOUND THE ANSWERS???? (like perhaps Ivermectin and other drugs are WORKING in places like India that are using them?)

WHY hasn't anyone questioned this data and asked if vaccinations are RAISING the EVERALL death rates? (we keep hearing on the news that ONLY the UNvaccinated are currently at risk of going to the hospital IC and dying from Covid for the most part, yet the WHO/CDC data is showing (based on countries) different conclusions and contradicting what they are saying?)

WHY aren't the so called experts, scientists, politicians looking at this data and asking the questions I've posed above and perhaps giving safe, abundant and possibly life saving drugs (like Ivermectin) to people in especially hard hit countries as a preventative medicine? (it's like taking aspirin, it can't hurt and might save MILLIONS of lives if it turns out to actually work...or even work as a placebo, meaning it gives patients hope and keeps a percentage of them alive....a percentage that WOULD have died without it.)

WHY (it's been over 2 years now) hasn't a double blind study been done on Ivermectin and other drugs to see if they actually work against Covid as they seem to be (from the data) in India, Japan, etc.? Perhaps, this has been done but the favorable results have been suppressed by big pharma due the many BILLIONS of dollars they are making off the mandated Covid "vaccinations"???? (I don't have proof of this, but it does seem fishy that these studies, easy to do, haven't been done and reported on yet AFTER OVER 2 YEARS?????? WTF?)

WHY aren't people ALL OVER THE WORLD up in arms that they are being lied too...just look at the WHO data listed on the CDC website....

WHY have the pharmaceutical companies and US FDA tried to suppress Covid "vaccine" data from the public? (in the USA they wanted court approval to have up to 75 years, up to the date: 2096 (YES, YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY!!!!) to publicly disclose all of the data it relied upon to license Pfizer's Covid vaccine!) WTF?

WHY unlike any other product on the market, if you are injured by the Covid "vaccine", can't you sue the companies that put out the product/"vaccine" and make HUGE BILLION DOLLAR profits from doing so?

WHY must (mandatory Covid "vaccines") American's take this "vaccine" under penalty of expulsion from work, school, the military and civil life, but they cannot sue the big pharm countries for any resulting injuries or debilitating future health issues?

See if you can answer some of the above questions, Vivekananda, or anyone else here as I'm sure the scientists would be grateful since they seem to be too busy counting their payoff money (from the big pharma co's) or forcing doctor's NOT to administer lifesaving medications (ie. Ivermectin) to patients with Covid that could actually (possibly) benefit from them.
