FYI, all my versions (v9.8.2, v10.0.00b, v10.2) are perfectly working without any bug.

Ok I can confirm that no files or folders is missing, Just the sql needs fixing.

Does anyone know an easy way to convert an v7 install to a v9 or 10 install without losing any data?
