For Mandrill it is 250 per hour on the free account.

The hourly sending quota is based on account reputation and historical
sending volume, and adjusts automatically as you send more email through
Mandrill.

Use a 3rd party service like mandril. There are MANY. Just search for "transactional smtp"

Mandrill is run by mailchimp, it's reliable and has the same deliverability as the top email providers as mailchimp, aweber, get response etc.

The only problem with mandrill is that they limit you big time in the beginning. I think it's like 50 emails an hour or 200 a day or something? I don't remember the specifics, but I remember I didn't go with them because of the limitations.

Sendgrid is a GREAT OPTION.
