Hi, I figured it out and now I feel silly. I thought the zip file was ready to go and didn't have to be unzipped. Now unzipped and no errors.

This is bad because it doesn't auto update the prices and data! How to solve this guys?  |

@robertelo on a recent sale, the buyer paid the updated price at checkout and was very pleased with the unannounced discount, another happy customer ftw! and yes this theme is giving people problems, some have them, some do not... me thinks they are tweeking it so the black hatters will have troubles, i think they are not disabling it because they want you to buy a fully working version from them
