Sounds interesting but not sure what to make of it. Would like to know others opinions of this.
 Sharing a log and password is an invitation for a turd to come in and change the password because, well he is a turd.  I been on BBHF for awhile and rep wherever I could for all the shares I got. Got this years ago. It's by Joe Crump.
I actually think this was shared here already but that's ok. This was my main business for many years. Joe's not re-inventing the wheel but puts things together better than Carlton Sheets. He'll give you a few ways to find real estate that is available for sale at less than 85% of market value. He includes contracts. This is NOT about going to a Realtor and having them look up stuff in the MLS and do your job for you. You are COMPLETELY on your own here, but if you can find and close deals, you'll make some money. Maybe more money than you've ever seen in your life. Crump leaves a few things out, such as forging a strong relationship with a title company and RE attorney, and since this is an old doc, there are new laws in place(Dodd/Frank) that may screw things up(thanks banking scumbags!). Proceed with caution and get ready to sell the highest ticket stuff out there baby! PM me with any questions. +5 Reps for the share op.
