I'm new here! My first post! Nice to read all of yours. I read this whole thread and cannot find how to install this script. One link was to a site that doesn't exist anymore but member said gave install directions about 5 months ago.

I uploaded the zip file to the public_html on my hosting and extracted it all. Now what? I searched the net as well and nothing for this script. There's no text note with it on how to install and no support. I like it and would make a good website.

Can anyone describe directions on what to do? Thanks!

I read on dummies .com to use the install.php when installing scripts. This script doesn't have an install.php. So how does one install it?

Nevermind my previous post... about how to install. All you do is what I did. Unzip using Cpanel (extract) and all files will be there to go and work. Then your url will just want you to go to admin to configure.

My problem was I registered a new domain for this and wanted my hosting to update to my new domain. They did but I didn't know so I was trying my old domain that previously worked. Once I updated my nameservers it worked right away.

When I try to download mp3 it takes you to a page that says

Warning: file_get_contents(http://youtube2mp3.ddns.net/): failed to open stream: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /home/emailpro/public_html/core/General.php on line 359

So youtube2mp3.ddns.net isn't up anymore.
Also it says video links are not available when trying to download videos.

I thought 3.4 fixed all that. I set it to direct download enabled.

Does FireRocks 2000 version fix this config error on line 359.

I would pay the $20 if it works. The demo listed on FireRocks works.

Any feedback?

I bought it from FireRocks 2000 but it doesn't work either

I found encoded strings in /core/General.php
$apiServer1 = 'D35444F434F-554351484342-55505F307-8607E23696C6F-5B6365686-36F237B636F6-27E20303032-356279666F2-F2A307474786';

I think it wouldn't work as api server url has changed.
