You can install it manually, just copy ffmpeg and curl binaries from "license" folder to
"store" folder.
troubleshoot-installer should do it automatically.
This is realy funny error because it should just copy file from your server

or do Chmod 777 to a "store" folder

and
license/ffmpeg-linux-32bit

store/curl-linux-32bit
store/ffmpeg-linux-32bit

or copy all of them if you don't know which one is correct

sorry most of hosting providers I know don't allow execute feature (proc_open, bash exec, ssh...)

maybe some cheap 5$/mo VPS if You really need this
