Main potential pluses:
It could take some time to find 3 capable outsourcers and get
them properly trained, but once you do, you can spend just a few
minutes a week finding the keywords to rank for and your team can do
the rest, cranking out several videos a week. After 3 months, reinvest
profits for a second team of 3. Even if only half of the videos make it
to page one, you should still make a profit.
The training videos probably provide good training for an IMer to know.

My caution:
After Google Penguin, not sure is this is still a viable method.
Suggest doing steps yourself for a few videos to see how it goes
before ramping up by hiring outsourcers.
