Sorry for the dumb question, but how do I get it to create accounts?
I opened the software, saved a place for the new accounts and then hit start.
Nothing happened, please help as I really want this software to work.

I think you need to use proxies.

maybe exact resolution is necessary to work successfully. I watched how it works, then saw that it needs to adjust the screen to successfully "tick" the TOS agreement and continue.
