Can you please try with a new and clean installation.
After the modifications on the DB try to disable and re-enable the plugin and a clear cache i think is helpfull to you.

When comparing this to a clean version of yoast I noticed this.
$infoz = base64_decode('Li4uLS0tPiBudWxsZWQgYnk6IHNpcmRyZWU=');
$admin_page = add_menu_page( __( 'Yoast WordPress SEO:', 'wordpress-seo' ) . ' ' . __( ' General Settings '.$infoz, 'wordpress-seo' ), __( 'SEO', 'wordpress-seo' ), 'manage_options', 'wpseo_dashboard', array(

and this
//nulled by sirdree
return false;
// nulled




So why are you saying you didnt touch it? Just curious?

Only info: "nulled by" is inserted into code.
i declared it... and the variable $infoz is just base64 encoded...

There is nothing strange, also i comment where i made modifications so nothing sospicious i guess...

What I dont get is the base64 encode. Isn't that is what is used to mess with peoples sites.

Sure... full working and CLEAN... (clean means not 1 row of malicious code)

If the code contains comments or other info declared and tracked by comments there is nothing wrong.
If someone have doubts is free to do not download and can buy from official channels.
