I tried installing it and for some reason when trying to install it via the dashboard, I got a message asking me if I wanted to install it instead of going back to the dashboard.

check header/fotter from panel of theme or check the end of footer.php from theme editor :)

im sp happy that i helped you but im having a problem too :P ... i dont know how to make the theme look like in the demo ,.... the homepage is not like it on my blog ... :D
