Just to reinforce previous comments from DOM, I also applied had no response after 10 days so I emailed support and was approved the next day (not sure if this was a coincidence).
I immediately applied for an API key and got it the next day

Wow, @Moggah, congrats.

I contacted support twice, one e address bounced that was collected through '' live chat'' with Ali, the next e dress did not bounce but there is no reply.
Been waiting over 2 weeks for approval, .... crickets.

Could I ask what e address you used to reach support?

Maybe my delay is because my info was wrong from the start to apply, did look at various help areas to apply, ... hmmm.[?] tried twice.

If you could pm might get me on the right track.

The awesome news is that I requested my API acces when I posted here a few hours ago...when I logged in now to get the link for that API page right now, I noticed that I got my API details!!

okay, running three weeks here, maybe there will be a sign this week.

Support never replied.

Was more interested having them answer to assure my application was sufficient.
