Hmmm ... looks like all the links are now dead.
60-Minutes did a piece on "mindfulness" with Jon Kabat Zinn this past Sunday. Sure wanted to check this ebook out. If anyone has it and has time to share it, I would be most grateful and will show you some love in the form of REPs!!!! |
