Oh and I very much appreciate the help getting this. Wife is going Whole30 on January 2nd which is an extreme version of paleo and we are evidently along for the ride. I need to find as many recipes and menus as I possibly can. I personally failed miserably last time we did this.

Click on my username and you'll find the URL to all my threads. Dig through them, there's a bunch of paleo books. Definitely get the warrior diet and nourishing traditions. Sisson's stuff is there too.
