as the latest version (2018) states;

You cannot use this version of WebSite-Watcher with the entered license key. The Update Subscription of the entered license key includes free updates until: 31-Dec-2017

For me, personally, this software - latest version (2018) - is working absolutely fine. Without any restrictions. And key is relevant.
