the usual rehashed stuff.
first, keyword research then create a site (do it quicker by outsourcing) go to flippa and list your site hope for someone to buy it. make huge profit. by the way, just from experience, you need a good reputation to be selling sites everyday like this guy which can take a while. i usually suggest you buy a just one site your self and have the seller leave you good feedback first and from there people will start trusting you. but if you are lucky enough and you have a really cool, unique site, someone will buy it and it's smooth sailing for you from there.  black hat, just break a few rules
