Did you download the update and install it? For me, it installed into the user app directory

Uninstall the original program and only install the update
Then use the demo demo

Works perfect

Im new at this so this is a noob question, whats happens if you pay someone on fiverr but the customer on like craigslist doesnt like it? you just lose your money or how should arrangements be made?

Make sure the fiverr seller has unlimited revisions, and before you order make sure you ask the customer what they're exactly looking for. You should be good then.
