The support system plugin in this pack is from February 2015. The latest version is March 16, 2015 - version 2.1.4
Can you update the pack or post this one separately? |

Well that would explain why it isn't the latest version. Seems like there were major issues with version 2.1 of support system and between March 4th and March 12 they pushed three updates.
