SO i am sharing here the Original Ping List used by WPRapidIndexer plugin.
It's very useful if you are already using this great plugin and you want to get better results putting the plugin on
auto pilot.
This list can be inserted in the plugin settings/url's tab

Yes it works! I can say that the pinging posts once they are published works 100%. I got my posts indexed in about one hour ( it was a post published couple of days ago) i have not yet tried how it works for new posts.
What i can say is that i got my website indexed straight to #1 in front of a PR2 competition website and if we consider the fact that my website is basically new ( only couple of days activity) is pretty good :)

What i did is to manually ping and re-ping each post i did not used the "Activate Plugin" from the main settings dashboard as i am not sure if it works or not
The activate pluggin check box setting cannot be saved without adding a list of url's of your own [like the list that i shared above], but the thing is that i don't know if
it will create a conflict with the rapidindexer initial ping list and/or i will have the website flagged as ping spammer

So in myopinion this plugin worth installing 100% { i even think to buy it maybe so i can be sure that the autopilot option is enabled and works properly- this is recomended for wp sites with alot of posts which are taking too much time to ping them manually every day / twice / day)
