[GET] WP Call Tracking plugin
What's up everybody?
So here's a really good-looking call tracker plugin that admittedly used to work perfectly for me, but now seems to only be partially working. The name of the plugin is WP Call Tracker, and it's by Chad Wyatt (a known developer/marketer). Here's the direct download link (Includes quick tutorial video and the zip file): Magic Button : What it does: This tracks calls that come in to your call tracking number (via Twilio). It forwards calls to the number you designate, keeps track of how long the calls last, and can record the conversation. You can specify how long the call needs to last in order to be counted as a "lead." It can also announce the call to the person being called (usually called a "whisper" to the client) OR say a greeting to the person making the call (ex. "This call may be recorded...") It also gives you reports for each number, date ranges, or clients. (At least, it's supposed to) The problem I'm having: After it's installed, activated, and configured, it's supposed to give you reports about the calls that come in. But it's just not doing that. Everything else works except the reports. I've already written to the product creator about this to see if he could check it out and see if it needs updating. But I also want to make sure that I'm not crazy here - to see if there's a real problem with this, or am I the only one?? Would someone here like to give this a go to see if it works for you? You'll need a Twilio account and a little experience with Wordpress. Thanks in advance for taking a look! -BigDaddy P.S. Well, if that's the case, then I have a quick request... Does anyone have access to a decent Call Tracking plugin for Wordpress? Or does anyone know someone who can FIX this one? I don't mind paying a few bucks if need be. UPDATE: No need for trying to fix this just now... I just got word that the creator will be fixing and updating this soon! Thanks! -BD |
