WHEN YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO SPEND --- SEARCH!

A forum friend just sent me a PM asking for a particular course on illustrating children's books yourself (versus paying someone else to do it).

I'm short on time today but I did a little snooping in the search engines.

While I didn't find the coveted guru's course (it's on the Podium platform, which makes it a challenge to find black-hat style), I set about looking for comparable information that might be a good substitute.

I did a Google search for:

- create book illustrations online free

OR

- DIY children's book illustrations download

Here is just a few of the links I found...

Many of these links (and many more) were found on the very first page of Google when I used the 2 search queries I show you above.

So... if/when money is an issue and you cannot afford a particular guru's asking price, you MUST use out-the-box thinking and find alternate ways to get the same or similar information.

The search engines can help.

Sure, it takes more time and energy but in the end, it could be worth its weight in gold. You get much of the same information and get to keep whatever money those gurus charge in your bank account.

While I did not find the Children's Book Creator course, here are a miscellaneous links I did find on that site...

I'm honored to try and help whenever I can. I was away from the forum for my slate of NFL playoff games this weekend and am just now coming up for air! Tonight's the last one for this 3-day holiday weekend... the Monday Night Football edition. And then we do it all over again this upcoming weekend.
