Maybe no need but
1 Anyway you will need to manage expired web 2.0 blogs cause hit and run doesnt work nowadays. So if you are ready to work wih expired blogs and manage it as new branded then it's your way. Like PBN but cheaper. also you will need different ip's for each account + different emails + themes etc Also you will need quality relevant content and only 2-3 times within 10 shares you can place link to your money site
2 Expired web 2.0 ranker maybe good for those who are still in 2016 and note that tumblr time to time change algorithm so it may provide various results. Cause i have found with ranker niche relevant blogs much more than with web 2.0 ranker and with a less time.

Nope. Ran it for 2 days and could only find PA 1 blogs. Not worth it. Scrapebox is the best option.

This is just a tools. Only you can do all the rest works and manually. Or hiring VA can help but without good backlink strategy plan even those expired blogs cant help you. Scrapebox not better then previous tools.
