Quick review:
This looks like a useful little app. Posts to FB/Inst/Twitter, allows you to set up multiple accounts and to schedule posts. Played with the demo for a few minutes and it's easy to use. They also have a Lite version you can download for free. If you aren't familiar with cpanel, cron jobs etc this probably isn't for you.
