They have NOT 'changed' anything in over ten months.

Working fine for everyone else.

Make sure you have xampp running properly before you start VideoMakerFX.

Type 127.0.0.1 in your browser and hit enter - you should see the xampp screen.
If not xampp is not running properly.

Type 127.0.0.1/CheckAuth.php (exactly) in your browser and hit enter - it should return a digit "2". (without quotes)
If not your hosts file is not correct.

There are some other tips throughout this thread - read through it.

Go back through the instructions and check everything.

Still can't log in. Went back through the instruction and watched the video. I even reinstall VMFX but same result. My XAMPP is working. I had the xampp screen and the 2 digit. Checked my host file and copied:

# added below for VideoMakerFX
127.0.0.1 auth7.videomakerfx.com

What am I doing wrong here? Sorry to bother you RA.

A todos los que tienen problemas para instalar es porque no han copiado el archivo CheckAuth.php que viene el paquete crack a C:\xampp\htdocs, si lo copian funciona perfecto. Muchas gracias nuevamente.

To everyone having problems .. there has been NOTHING changed about the program and if it were it would NOT affect your setup.

It is your setup that is the problem.

If it "used to work" then it should still work if set up correctly.

If it doesn't, that indicates something is wrong with your setup so go back through the setup instructions carefully.

Most likely problem is your hosts file has been changed since you set it up and was working correctly.

dont know if it postet here
but to easy start the apache and videomakerfx i created a bat file

open editor

put this in:
@ECHO OFF
START "Last.fm" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Last.fm\Last.fm Scrobbler.exe"
START "iTunes" "C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes\iTunes.exe"

change the name of starting programm and the adress to the programm
for xampp you need the apache_start.bat you find it in the root folder of xampp
and your .exe for videomakerfx

save this as a .bat file with your name what you want but with extension .bat

start this but file and it will start apache and videomakerfx

if you want to stop video apache use the apache_stop.bat you find it in the xampp root folder also.

Checked everything but still can't login with username and password is incorrect..

I installed on 3 PCs and each one of them was working fine before this problem persist..

But now three of them can't log in..

I give up..

UPDATE!
I manage to get it work again by copying the hosts file from another pc.

I guess this problem was due to malware or something like that. I had my three pcs scan for malware and this happened. Well now I know what was the culprit.

So just copy an etc folder from another pc and also copy the original etc folder from your affected pc just to make sure you don't lose your IP addresses in the hosts file (same OS).

Give it a try. Worked for me. I hope it will do the same to those having the same problem with VMFX login.
