I will be back with a review, but my initial impressions, so this is sort of a pre-review of his own pitch:

He commits a few cardinal sins himself as a "copy" and script writer:

1.) He uses video ONLY to sell this. (The BIGGEST mistake you can ever make!) When you use video, the copy needs to be even better than average. He is too much "in love" with "video only" marketing. Video will not get the job done by itself.

2.) He doesn't show a length in the primary sales video. People are way too busy NOT to know how long you will be holding them captive. (I cut it off after about 60 seconds.)

3.) His sales video is too long and I cut it off quickly like I said. It needs to flip or point people into good sales copy lots faster than whatever length it is. He is also not the best spokesman for his own product.

4.) His sales video is a little too cute. He may make good videos, but this one doesn't do much for me as far as convincing me that he knows what he's doing. He is trying to show-off a bit - and it is really evident and falls flat.

I like this guy, and he does decent products. It is a shame he botches his own sales pitch. And he tends to do this with all his stuff.

Too bad! He knows video but is losing lots of conversions himself because he always forgets to have great sales copy for people that prefer to read or even pan-and-scan.

I see this a lot - especially with video guys that are a little to self-involved in their own process that they are trying to validate and sell. I will go through the course and hope he does the instructional materials better.
