Ok, thank you for your response. If you say that you don't do any alteration this mean that the original avada.zip file don't need any license for activation.

@newwave, but it seems that I can use this theme -downloaded from here- whithout using the license and without making any change in the code in the theme?? How can be used without need to activate the theme introducing a license, and without making any code change in order that this theme don't ask for a license when I install the theme?

The License is for updates direct within wordpress, other wise download the updates manually, so you can install the theme but you will not get any updates. Some themes have an activation before you can use the theme options
