I finally read the whole thread and now I'll spend the day going through all the material. I am in DEEP jeopardy right now, so I am definitely highly motivated.
Finding this thread, at this time, makes me feel like someone is looking out for me. It may be the shoestring catch that will save my butt.

The original PDF is very good, but I just read Issue #1 of ADD and find it very overpriced. There is more information in one Quasar video - which, by the way, are fantastic. There is certainly no need to apologize for the quality. They are much better than many I have paid for. I don't have to keep yelling at the screen, "Oh, come on, get on with it!"

Questions:

Do you have to live in the U.S. to get U.S. Amazon and ebay accounts? The U.S. market is ten times the size of Canada's.
Or... can you have accounts in multiple countries?

How long do you wait before sending the Feedback Request email?

I'll have more questions later, but I'll wait until I've delved into this further. I'm sure much will be clear after I start.
