Sounds like you have to have some start up capital. which sucks if you dont have any money at the moment :D :(

This is why Chinese expo don't like paypal BS, and by the way even banks do that BS cause they take your money to pay another client of them then when another client put money they pay you the amount you have requested, which means we live in a big fraud covered by the law :(
