Advise needed.
-Is it true only ebay.com will hold payment for 21 days for new ebay seller? The rest of the ebay (eg ebay.uk) do not hold payment?
-Could US people see the listing that is list by a seller from another country (eg.UK at ebay.uk)? (without any additional charges?)
