Review
I had a quick look at this and something about it seemed familiar but I could not initially figure it out. Then I went to the folder where I store all coaching related PLR from months and years ago and did a little digging around. It turns out that this was originally produced by Edmund Loh / Dylan Jones where one of them did the voice over as part of the package. I compared chapters, language style etc and this package is a rewrite of that package from a few years ago. That PLR package was titles "Start your own coaching program." If you're actually going to use this with real clients you will need to apply some good updates to make it less IM/online coaching focused or you can use it this way if your focus is people focused on becoming coaches online.
