what is the setup.exe? it wants to download this. I don't want adware or whatever it is

iwiwiw - Some of the download sites try to get you to use their software to download (they say it's faster). I think you're right - then they spam you with offers and probably spy. Often there is a little box you can untick to avoid downloading their .exe file. If not, go back to the original choices and select a different download site. For example, on this one, Zippyshare downloads the .rar. Also, sometimes you have to search for the right "Download" button - most have ads all around with those .exe downloader files that are more intuitive to click on until you get used to finding the right button.
