Yes, it was. The file I shared above is a "video version" for the pdf :)

Remeber this is a bullshit guide. Filling out offers by yourself is a froud and when Cpa netowrks discover that you do it of the lead will not convert for the advertiser will get your cpa account banned. Pritty much blackhat all he way.

Yes there is. I don't like watching it online. So I downloaded the video and converted to mp4 format for me. Also uploaded and shared it here..:)
