Trust Jacking plugin does not work the same way as the Amazon email explain. According to the email his exit automatically redirected users to Amazon. With Trust Jacker the user must click the banner to go anywhere from that frame. And since the user has to click it complies with Amazon TOS according the message you posted. The answer is right there in black and white.
