Most of the volume in these types of programs like this are videos that are poorly encoded.
In this case the videos are in .flv format. Reencodeing them to .mp4 can yield 50-80% file size reduction with little or no loss of quality. There is no reason to shoot a talking head at 30fps, at 1920x1280. Showing details on a webpage so everything is readable, of course. But otherwise no. I think this is the digital version of the THUD factor. |
