Edit Oct 11: All sorted now. It was Bulletproof plugin that was causing the problem.
Fix even works with child theme

It`s working perfectly, try again and dezactivate bullet maybe you didn`t modify the template files. here you can see with out it http://lol-rage.ro
So the steps must work..

I downloaded your theme you submited and is no copyrights on footer, you removed well.

You can edit for Kriest copyrights at line 78 in footer.php !
