I gave this a try last night before I went to bed. I've used hypnotic CDs before and found them to be relaxing and most of the time end up drifting off and waking up at the end of the track, but this download is an hour, where most of the ones that I used before were 30 minutes or less. I found it hard to relax and didn't drift off at all (I think), several times I looked at my iPod to see how much time was left. I'll give it another try tonight or tomorrow, hopefully I have a better results, because laying there for an hour while you're wide awake is hard to do.
